Description

There are 135 types of dosage forms of this variety. Compared with Pigment Yellow 12, it has better solvent resistance and crystallinity resistance, excellent migration resistance, and is in line with the color tone of printing ink. In Europe, more modified formulations of this variety are used (Pigment Yellow 127; Pigment Yellow 176). Under the same specific surface area and particle size, the strength is 25% higher; ball milling is not easy to recrystallize, and the light fastness to the same depth is 1-2 grades higher than that of Pigment Yellow 12; the dosage forms are highly transparent, translucent and highly opaque (Irgalite yellow). BKW specific surface area is 10m2/g). It is widely used in packaging printing ink, resistant to varnish and sterilization; used for plastic coloring, good migration resistance in soft PVC, light fastness (1/3SD) 6-7, due to the thermal cracking of pigments, in In HDPE, it is limited to use below 200 ℃, only 0.12%
