Description

L-Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid that cannot be synthesized by the human body. There are virtually unlimited amino acids in the protein of most foods. It can be added to bakery products. In addition to strengthening phenylalanine, it can react with sugars with amino-carbonyl Chemicalbook, which can improve the aroma of food. In the food industry, it is mainly used as a synthetic raw material for the food sweetener aspartame; it can also be used as a nutritional supplement. Refined Pharmacopoeia-grade L-Phenylalanine is used to formulate compound amino acid infusions.
