Description

It can be used as a chemical reagent, a glass etchant (often used together with hydrofluoric acid), a disinfectant and antiseptic in the fermentation industry, a solvent for making metal beryllium from beryllium oxide, and a surface treatment agent for silicon steel plates. Chemicalbook is also used in the manufacture of ceramics, magnesium alloys, cleaning and descaling of boiler feed water systems and steam generation systems, and acidification of sandstone in oil fields. Also used as alkylation, isomerization catalyst components.
