Colorless liquid with aroma like fried hazelnuts. Flash point 55 ℃. Soluble in water and organic solvents. GB 2760-96 stipulates that it is allowed to use edible spices. Mainly used to prepare hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts and other flavors.
