Description

Zeaxanthin or Zeaxanthin (Zeaxanthin) is an isomer of lutein. He is one of the two carotenoids contained in the retina, mainly in the macula, and the other parts are mainly lutein. The unique color of chili powder (Western food), corn and saffron is due to the presence of zeaxanthin. Zeaxanthin is also an EU-approved food coloring with E code E161h. Goji berries contain a lot of zeaxanthin.
