Description

As an n-type wide-bandgap transparent semiconductor nanomaterial, indium trioxide has many excellent properties and has been applied in many fields, such as ultra-sensitive gas sensors, solar cells, liquid crystal displays, and architectural glass heating materials. Unmodified tri-indium oxide nanocrystals and surface-modified indium trioxide nanocrystals and nanoflowers all have strong fluorescence properties and visible light transmission properties, and are effective in different media such as chloroform, petroleum ether, and water. Good dispersibility, can be used as bioluminescent indicator and glass clear coating.
