The integrated stacked screw sludge dewatering system is mainly composed of stacked screw sludge dehydrator, integrated dosing device, dosing pump, sludge pump and transport vehicle (the transport vehicle is provided by the user).

Working principle:

According to the needs of different sewage treatment plants, the integrated stacked screw sludge dewatering system is opened to the sewage treatment plants near the sludge pool for residual sludge dewatering treatment. During operation, the integrated dosing device is first opened to fully stir the added powder flocculant until it ripens. Then the sludge in the sludge tank is pumped to the mixed flocculant tank of the stacking sludge dehydrator, and the sludge is mixed and reacted with the flocculant added by the metering pump in the mixed flocculant tank. After forming alum, it flows into the main body of the stacking sludge dehydrator. After being concentrated by gravity at the concentration section, it is transported to the dehydration section for dehydration treatment. The dehydrated cake is transported out and the filtrate is returned to the sewage treatment system for retreatment.
