Company Profile Area of Operations SiChem synthesizes APIs for early stage (Toxicology) drug design. A special field of expertise is the preparation of biologically and pharmacologically active compounds with increased bioavailibity (prodrugs). SiChem has previously developed unique and efficient preparative synthesis techniques in the area of enantioseparation to prepare larger amounts up to the 100 g scale.For quality control and metabolic studies high-tech analytical equipment, namely HPLC-MS and NMR, is available.The diagnostics under development will be suitable for high-throughput screening i.e. in pharmaceutical industry.
