Leafyl caproate, also known as cis-3-hexenyl caproate, has a sweet fruity, apple-pear-like aroma, and is naturally present in pineapples, melons, apples, pears, passion fruit, and daffodils. It can be used for the deployment of apple, raspberry and tropical fruit flavors.
