Hydrazinecarbothioamide is a reagent used in the syn receptorthesis of Capsaicin analogues as transient vanilloid TRPV1 antagonists affecting body temperature. Also used in the preparation of sulphonamido-quinoxaline compounds as anti-cancer agents.
