Sophora bean contains more than 20 kinds of alkaloids, and sophorine is one of the main alkaloids isolated and extracted. In recent years, studies have found that Aloperine (ALO) has anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive, antioxidant, anti-allergic, anti-viral, anti-colorectal cancer, anti-arrhythmic and protective effects on myocardial ischemia. It is a kind of quinolizidine alkaloid extracted and isolated from Sophora japonica. It is a colorless prismatic crystal, the molecular formula is C15H24N2, the molecular weight is 232.36, and the melting point is 69-73 °C. Studies have shown that the content of Sophorine is the highest in the leaves of Sophora japonica, followed by the stems, but not in the flowers, seeds and pods.
